Our Story
At Encierro, we are not tour guides — we are bull runners. We live the encierro (the running of the bulls). We run the streets of Pamplona every July. We are the people that other companies turn to for expertise on running with the bulls. To us, this isn’t a business; this is our passion, our purpose, and our way of life.
Since 2007, we have dedicated ourselves to providing expert, in-depth, and personal instruction for first-time runners and returning mozos alike. We have guided thousands of clients through the complexities, traditions, and safety protocols of the San Fermín Festival and the Pamplona Bull Run, one of Spain’s most iconic and adrenaline-charged traditions.
We are the creators of the Definitive Guide to Running with the Bulls, available in 16 languages and viewed by thousands on YouTube. Every July, we spend hours on the course each day, working face-to-face with our clients — walking the route, answering questions, and ensuring they have the knowledge and understanding of the run.

Member of the famed “Pamplona Posse,” Anthony has been a bull runner since 2015, and a bull run guide since 2017. He has run all sections of the route, but since 2022, Anthony has focused on running La Curva.
